Training

Our courses are primarily self-paced e-learning and study material packages (Exam Bundle). We also offer personal coaching online. The delivery method is always described on the course page.

E-learning courses are accessible for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Orders and payments

You can pay through Finnish online banks, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and mobile payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay.

Yes. Include the names and email addresses of all participants in the additional information field at checkout. We will provide individual access for each participant.

Prices include VAT. European business customers can receive VAT 0% pricing by selecting the invoicing option at checkout or by contacting our customer service.

Yes, a VAT-compliant invoice is sent to your email after purchase.

Business customers can receive invoices by email or as e-invoices. The payment term is 14 days and late payments are subject to statutory late payment interest.

Cancellations and changes

E-learning and digital products: The right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with the customer's consent, for example after downloading materials or beginning to use the course platform. If the product includes activated vouchers or third-party services, these are non-refundable.

Personal coaching: A scheduled coaching session can be rescheduled once by contacting us as soon as possible.

Certification exam

ITIL and PRINCE2 certification exams are conducted online via PeopleCert's platform. After your purchase, you will receive an exam voucher to book and complete the exam online under remote proctoring.

The certification exam must be completed within 12 months of purchase. We recommend taking the exam as soon as possible after the training.

If your training includes a retake option, you will receive a free second attempt. Otherwise, a retake can be purchased separately.

Certification is valid for three years. It can be renewed by retaking the exam, completing an advanced course or earning CPD points through an active PeopleCert Plus Membership.

PeopleCert Membership

No, the membership is not mandatory. However, it offers benefits for maintaining your certification and professional development.

With the membership, you can renew your certification by earning CPD points without retaking the exam, and access PeopleCert's articles, webinars and additional materials. The membership can be purchased alongside a training or separately at any time.
